   I grew up in the first apartment (2nd floor) directly above what used to be a convenient store, and suddenly had to move overnight when I was 10 because the owner started the store on fire for insurance fraud. Our grand parents literally drove from Michigan to pick us kids up, and our parents stayed behind until they transferred work.

   I never got to say goodbye to my best friend Peter and I always wonder if he is alive and doing well.
